At Bryan Smith Homes, we offer all of the above in-house, which can simplify the headaches, and actually save you money in the process. We begin the design process by sitting down with you to discuss your lifestyle and how you will live in your new home. We have a detailed questionnaire with questions like; Do you do a lot of entertaining? Do you enjoy theater seating for movie watching? Are outdoor living environments important to you?
Once we determine what your wants and needs are, and based on your total cost budget and your lot specifications, we will begin a preliminary design process. This preliminary process gives us a chance to present you with drawings of your and ideas ours and features with your input along the way. Once the preliminary plans are approved, we move on to full CAD design development.
