Bryan Smith Homes is a Dallas based luxury home builder who has designed and built some of the finest residences in North Texas over the last 37 years. Our portfolio includes new homes and residential developments in; Dallas, Preston Hollow, Plano, Frisco, Las Colinas, Irving, South Lake, Grapevine, Keller, Grand Prairie, and Richland Chambers Lake.

As a design/build company, we custom design one-of-a-kind home plans including; large estate homes, medium size homes, small and tiny homes. We also design and build weekend get-a-way homes, lake homes, mountain cabin homes, back-yard guest/mother-in-law suites and recently formed a subsidiary, Texas Tiny Homes.

Not only are we a luxury home builder and land developer, Bryan Smith Homes also does custom remodeling and home repairs; including room additions, out-door living environments, summer kitchens, detached game rooms/media rooms/guest quarters, as well as detached garages.

Once you have determined that living in your dream home will require having it designed and custom built, selecting the right architect, home builder and interior design firm can be very overwhelming. At Bryan Smith Homes, we offer all of the above in-house, which can simplify the headaches, and actually save you money in the process.  We begin the design process by sitting down with you to discuss your lifestyle and how you will live in your new home. We have a detailed questionnaire with questions like; Do you do a lot of entertaining? Do you enjoy theater seating for movie watching? Are outdoor living environments important to you?

Once we determine  what your wants and needs are, and based on your total cost  budget and your lot specifications, we will begin a preliminary design process.  This preliminary process gives us a chance to present you with drawings of your and ideas ours and features with your input along the way. Once the preliminary plans are approved, we move on to full CAD design development.

As the drawings proceed, we will begin meeting with you to discuss preliminary selections and finishes for your home.
